hey guys. wondering about the lake herb parsons. is the lake free? if not how much? do i need to pay for my whole family only if im the only one that wants to fish but not the rest of my family? what baits for bass and where are bass and catfish located right now? thanks

btw this is in memphis tn. bought lipless red crank bait yellow and black top water popper and sinking plastic texas rigging black and chartruese frog. whats good over there. is it free?
