I decided to paint something other than a crankbait. I am not real happy with the clear coat and it needs some cleaning on the inside from overspray, but turned out pretty good. Let me know what you think.

I used to do motocross and car racing helmets before I started painting lures. I still get a call do do a save phace every now and then as well. They make a good change of pace.

I was working at a body shop at the time, and we used several different automotive clear coats there, Dupont products usually. I just used whatever automotive clearcoat was at the shop at the time.
