for the roboworms, what is a good all around color (or two)? Should i stick with green pumpkin? I like to stick with one color when learning a new technique

I generally use Arron's magic in the roboworms, and green pumpkin with purple and gold flake. But I don't really think color is really that important, the guy I fish with almost every weekend uses purple type colors and catches just as many as I do

Margarita Mutilator and Bold Bluegill FAT are two of the more popular colors around here.  When I fished a lot of Roboworms on dropshot the FX series straight tail in Summer Shad or the FX series sculpin in Baby Bass worked the best for me.

You can dropshot ANYTHING, and it will catch fish. 4-6 in worms of any shape, minnow style baits, small paddle tail swimbaits, craws and creatures (some people cut a beaver down the middle the long way and drop shot half of that).

Some of my favorite lures though are the Berkley powerbait twitch tail minnow, BBB shaking squirrel, YUM Sharpshooter, Zoom swamp crawler, and any 3-4 inch senko style lure.
