I have been going out nearly everyday, I don't have a boat so I am shorecasting, and I have only caught a few tiny bass and some sunfish. I'm looking for any tips someone could give me on this river or area.P.S I just moved here

    Never fished there, but when I lived in TX, I did get to 
    visit Kerrville...many moons ago :) Great area, and
    some great land, rivers to fish, I'm sure.
