Swimbait Colors For Stained Waters

Featured Replies

I have been wanting to pick up some Swing Impact Fats and some Moaner hooks to try out soft swimbaits and can't decide on what colors to pick up. The waters I fish are mostly stained from slight to moderate. Wondering what colors you guys have the most success with. I am looking to grab around three different colors. Green pumpkin, black and french pearl came to mind, but they have some interesting colors.

Solid, dark and flashy colors work well in stained water. Black, chartreuse, dark blue, white, and red all work pretty well in stained water. The darker the color, and more opaque the bait, the better.
