Hello all,

I searched waypoints and waypoint management but found nothing. 

This is my situation, and all the details that I know. So if I need to look up something more, I gladly will, just let me know in detail what you need.

I had Lowrance HDS 7,Gen 2 unit. 

When I sold the boat, I downloaded them to an SD card, and then deleted them from the unit. Per the instructions from the Lowrance site.

Now, Lowrance HDS12, Gen 2 units. 

How do I take the waypoints from that SD card, and get them to the new units..?

 

Also, after I get all the waypoints on that unit. Get that settled, lol. I was hoping to then view them on my computer, which is a Mac Apple Pro.

I've never done that, and when I tried to download a few items, none were compatible with the Mac Pro.

 

I personally couldn't find these answers by doing the searches.. but if this info is there, I would be happy to be directed correctly.

i believe its fairly easy to import them on the unit.

i believe you need to go to files then select the right memory card and import data. and you should be set. 

as for the mac. i have no idea
