Alright guys, I just want some advice on how to get the opportunity of being a co angler.

    A co angler for what?  In a tournament, if they have a co bracket, sign up, pay, and go.  But depending on the tournament, may end up on a waiting list depending how many co's vs boaters.

    Welcome to the boards bud. I would try and contact local clubs and see if they have a youth division.  There is a pretty good list of clubs here http://www.bassresource.com/bassfish/bass_fishing_clubs.html .   Looks like this club might be close and may be in the process of starting a youth division.
