Any info please.  I know it's a top water.  Should the black feather be in the front like that? It looks like it was made like that.   Old? Collector item? 

 

 

 

I've seen a lot of lures in my day, but I gotta admit, that's a new one on me!

Looks like it's intentended because it looks like a bass chasing a fly. Not sure how effective it would be - if it really makes a difference. I don't think fish process it as a "two for one" meal. 

Honestly I would take the hooks off and make a real cool keychain out of it.

It's a bearded popper. I would always see them every summer when the traveling circus came to town in the summer. They would charge you $10.00 to get picture with one.  But really that is crazy looking......

Keychain sounds like a good idea.
