So I have about 5 champions and 2 savvys and a few Powell max 3ds (and other cheaper rods). My question is besides brand loyalty why would you pick the savvy over the max 3d? I've found the max 3d to be a lot more sensitive. The only reason I have the savvys I do is for frog rods. They have a very soft tip which I like for frogs!

    Probably just personal preference if they are the same price point and have similar components.
