Advantages/ disadvantages?

I hand pour and hand inject.   Guys that are making more volumes of baits tend to use presto pots converted for plastic pouring.  I haven't seen allot using the Lee plastic pot. 

I haven't seen the Presto Pot.

They are sold at Wal-mart and other places.  A bottom valve and motorized stirer are added.  Search on Bear's Bait website, he sells the parts.

I use one. I've had mine for about 4 years. I like it a lot. For the volume I do it's perfect. The one thing I don't like is that it is hard stir the plastic because of the way the spout is designed. The rod that is used to cover the whole goes through the middle of the pot, but I've found that a long handled iced tea spoon that I "borrowed" from a restaurant works great.  I haven't had the trouble the other guy had with cleaning it.  I just remove the handle and spout, clean it, and put it back together.

The prestos are good because you can pour higher volumes and there is an electric stirring device that you can buy too. It continuously stirs the plastic.

I haven't gotten into the injection stuff yet.
