butch
I'm going to purchase my first bass boat . and I'm looking at either a triton tr 186 or stratos 285 pro xl. anyone got any information on either model thanks butch ???
JT Bagwell
I have a TR20 but have never rode in a TR186. If it is anything like my boat you will love it. Tritons are pretty quick and stable. One thing I would suggest is going to the Triton boats website and getting their FREE DVD. It shows how their boats are built and stuff like that. I have only been in 1 stratos (about a 21 footer I think) and it was also a nice ride. JT Bagwell
AUTgrPilot
I own a Tr-186 w/175 Optimax. I love my boat. There are only two things I would have done different. 1. I would have gone to a different dealer (hind sight is 20/20 on this one). 2. I would have stepped up to the TR-196. There's an extra storage compartment and a few other niceties. Overall it's a great boat. Pretty quick and handles rough water well.
