So I can't find too much information on this place as far as bass fishing goes. I've fished the upper chickahominy river, and chickahominy lake but I've never been as far down as the opening of the Chick. Want to put my kayak in tomorrow morning but wanted to see if anyone has some good info on where to go? I read something about heading back into Morris Creek? Any information would be appreciated! Thanks!!

Fish up and down Jordan Creek.

Good fishing and this is one of the main creeks on the Chick where everyone uses they kayaks.

Morris Creek is across the river and you can do just as well in Jordan Creek.

Ended up driving a bit further and put in at Morris Creek Boat ramp, and ended up having one of my best days in my kayak. Fished nothing but grass lines after getting most of my bites there. Only got one bass off structure. Crankbaits and chatterbaits were my go to. I might try Jordan creek either Thursday morning or Friday.
