I have a 8 foot Bass Buddy boat and it is just to small.  I need a bigger boat ,but I don't have enough money for a bass boat.  I can only spend about a $1000.00 on this boat I don't even care if it is used.  what is the best boat to get if there is any?

go onto cabelas and for $1000 bucks you can get a 12 foot polyurathane plastic jon boat or for more you can get a sun dolphin which has a livewell

shop around for a used jon boat. u can move your trolling motors over to it

I picked up my first bass boat for $600.00 back in 1996. It was a fiberglass tri hull. it came with a 55hp evinrude. It was not the best lookin thing out there, but found the add in the newspaper and snatched it up. even came with a trailor.

If you have a good job(40 hrs) you could just make payments on a used boat.  I see you like Tritons....lol  They can be lower than a $100 if you look hard enough.  Other than that I have a SeaNymph for sale.  Yes Tritonman your wife will hate me...lol.  But I need the money...lol.  17'6", two livewells, rod holder.  It's a 1989, but sure was fun on Houghton Lake...lol.1990 Mariner 75hp, asking $3,000 for it, trailer and all.  Have no room to store it.  Triton sits in my garage and the SeaNymph is at Tritonman's house....lol  The only thing is you would have to come up here to get it.  But like Tritonman said...check the ads for any sale of them if all's you want to do is get a little bigger.  You can find good Jon Boats for under $1000.

I think we could work together on this one. I've been looking for a used mini bass boat like yours, but only come across slightly larger bass boats ... ??? "I guess the grass is always greener on the other side!"
