I searched, and couldn't find quite what I was looking for. If you had to choose 1 rod (spinning only) for Texas & Weightless Texas rigging senkos and craws, what action & power would it be? Thanks!

it would be a 6'6"-7' MHF bait casting rod...i tried spinning and didn't like it.

I would pick a MXF spinning rod, or a MHF.
If you're throwing heavier weights, the MH, 
but if you plan on throwing no heavier than 
say, ¼ the MXF is fine. I've got a 6'6" MXF
Carbonlite that is currently set up with a 
TX rig (weighted) and a 1000FI reel. Works
great with ⅙-¼ oz or weightless.

What size plastics and weights? 

3" senkos or 7"?

Assuming it'll be for 1/4-1/2oz I'd echo the above and go with a 7' mh/f.

Different manufacturers like Abu and some Croix fish heavier than rated. 

I fished t rigs on a 7 ft mhf spinning rod and a 2500 sized shimano reel for years, before I started using casting gear, and it worked great. I would use braided line to throw into cover. A medium fast or extra fast would work nicely for your lighter weights and smaller worms.

all the rod ratings are different from company to company.  but for general purposes here, i'd look for a Medium powered rod with a Fast action.

Same here. 

If you're Texas rigging you must be throwing into cover... I'd want a MH power in a spinning reel.  A 6 1/2' fast action would suit me well.

Im weird in the sense that I will fish a shakey head with a spinning reel, but then use the same worm, texas rigged with a tungsten bullet on a bait casting reel. If I try to use either technic on different rods it throws off my equilibrium, and my two worlds collide.

 

 

So with that said, if I was going to use a T rig on a spinning reel, it would be a 7ft medium heavy/ fast with a high gear ratio reel with braid.

I have a 7 ft xf its really sensitive and alot backbone.I use it for smaller worms and smaller craws.
