what questions should i ask and what things should i check for when i'm buying a used jon boat?

Leaks, holes, is the transom too flimsy from use? Also has he done any work on it before. Pretend you are buyiing a used car.

I just bought a used 16ft Ebbtide Dyna Trak with a 115hp Yammie. In great shape for the most part. motor runs like a charm. Anyone ever had one of these boats or know anything about them. Any anecdotes, etc. will be appreciated. Looking forward to slaying some big'uns this year.

how much did you get that 16footer for?

Only paid 2G's for it. I'm sure I'll put another 10G's into it before its all said and done...but I feel it was a good investment for the money.
