what were the different boats you have had over the years? any good ideas for my first boat, thinking about a jon boat...

Don't know really what you're lookin for, but if I had the $$ to buy a new boat, I would take a long look at Trackers over a john boat.  It looks like you get more bang for your buck.  I just bought a used Tracker after selling a 35 year old Starcraft.  Can't wait to get it out of the garage and out on the water this weekend.  I went with a used one 'cause I got a great deal on a boat that I know has been taken care of.

I agree with Shad_Master.  try and get more bang for your buck.

i love jon boats.  I've done so much customizing to jon boats in the past, with adding decks and livewells and storage, and everything that its kinda become a passion.

I always had john  boats before but now have a tracker pro team 185 with a mercury 60 4-stroke and I love it.
