Any East Coast hot spots for non-boaters?

Hey Y'all, 

I just wanted to ask if anyone knew any hotspots along the east coast especially along i-95 that are amazing for Largemouth Bass fishing from the bank? or any places with cheap boating rentals that are killer spots for either half or full days? 

Also, if you are a guide and have time this upcoming weekend, I am traveling from South Florida all the way to NY and I am willing to spend time fishing some hot spots.
