Headin' to the bottom...

Featured Replies

Leaving on our annual migration south to meet up with the Silver Kings on Friday.

Got a couple charters lined up, maybe another if I decide to drop the coin.

Staying in the upper keys this time. For any of you guys and gals that have never had the opportunity to catch monster tarpon. Don't start. It will be all you think about, and it will ruin your kids.

I'll post some pics and youtube vids when I get back...

Went 0 for 4 on tarpon last night. Did land a small bonnethead. Had a blast. Went out today and caught some snapper for a fresh lunch.

Will be out some more. Pictures later...

went 0-0 on tarpon next night. And 0 for 3 on thursday, bad day, tarpon rolling everywhere, just would not bite. My son got 3 bites early and lost them very quick. Only 2 other hookups from other boats in area. I gave up after a few hours. Report was Friday they were killing them, eqting everything thrown out. Just my luck. Oh well.

That stinks!!! Tarpon are on my bucket list of fish that I want to catch

Yes it does. Took me a couple days to get over it. That's how crazy it can make a person! :)

Member fishinfiend is still down there for a few more days. Maybe he will have better luck, I hope so anyway.
