My dad just bought a helix 9 si and called HB to upgrade the transducer about 2 weeks ago. He paid over the phone with a CC. Is he supposed to send his non hd transducer in first or when the HD one shows up do you just take it out and put the old one back in and ship it back? He thought the lady told him the process but he forgot.

The exchange program is for an un-used TD. I called and paid over the phone. They gave me a customer number, I sent them my un-used TD and they sent me the HD TD.
