Has anyone heard how these 2-man bass boats stand up in areas that has cold and snowy winters?

Also should I buy a mini pontoon (metal) or 2-man bass boat (plastic)? I am usually in a wheelchair and I climb down off of the dock into the rental boat.

I was thinking about driving my wheelchair from the dock to the mini pontoon boat.  undecided

any advice?  ???
