Seems the bass are in shallow. I just fished the Charles this evening, standing on a small(tiny, basically a 6' wood platform) dock. Used a 5" senko t rigged weightless, got 2 bass both 5 feet from the end of the dock. First cast a nice 16"er, third cast a 12"er.
