How to attach fish holders

Good morning,

i bought a bass raider 10e back in February and I love it. We have a large pond approx 10 minutes from the house in upstate New York. I would lime to attach a few rod holders and some other accessories. What is the best way to attach these items and what kind of screws is best to use. Any help would be appreciated .
