Oops replacement program

Featured Replies

I recently broke my O.M.E.N. rod.  I see 13 offers a replacement program for $50.  Has anyone used this program before?  I was wondering if the $50 covers replacement and shipping?  Just wanted to get the details before I cut my rod into a bunch of little pieces to send in.  I've tried contacting them but have had no luck with a response.

Thanks

Do you have a local dealer for those rods nearby? Sometimes they can handle those type exchanges.  My local dealer handled a n exchange for my G Loomis rods.

I may have to look into that as 13 hasn't replied to the 3 emails I've sent over the last month. Thanks for the reply!

FYI, if you purchase from Gander Mountain they have a really cheap 3 year no questions asked replacement warranty. You don't even have to send the broken rod into them. Just call and tell them.

Unfortunately I didn't buy the Gander Warranty because I heard about the $50 replacement for 13.  It's been over a year since I purchased the rod now.
