Hey guys. I might try to keep some saltwater fish soon. Something like flounder, snapper, or sheepshead. I was wondering your favorite methods on cleaning and cooking these fish. I've only ever filleted one fish before so i could use some help. Thanks.

Those fish are great broiled or grilled but fried is always the best to me with tartar sauce.

Im a big fan of blackened fish!! No idea on how to clean them though..

If you catch a flounder - look up a stuffed flounder recipes and watch how to clean them that specific way- several times- it's tricky but worth it.
