Im heading up to Cayuga Lake in a couple of weeks for vacation, rented a house on the water just north of the state park on the west bank. i have  a map that shows the channel, is there anything else I should be looking out for? Looks to be only 6-8 ft deep until you get to the channel. Thanks in advance

Just came back from there. Going to want to fish in 12-14ft of water had a lot of luck just out from island. You do have to be careful in the area you are staying, it does come up a little bit what sounds to be right out from you but it is marked off so I would just avoid that. Good Luck!
