Just wondering if such a thing exist. 

I'm looking for a reel seat that the reel sits low. I have an older Daiwa Light & Tough rod that the reel sits lower. 

I have a couple round reels that I prefer the reel seat to be as low as possible. 

Any help or advice?

the have a new name called Super Sticker , they are sold as handle kits only , pretty hard to come by , Anglers Workshop used to carry them , maybe give them a call..

The newer edge rods by Gary Loomis and some of the jdm (I believe megabass) rods have these types of seats.  Especially some of the short jdm top water rods designed for round reels. I don't know where you would order the seats from, but they are definitely still used. They aren't exactly like those old Loomis seats, but the same concept
