any good ponds to bass fish in Reno Nevada?

Hey Everybody, I just started fishing about 2 weeks ago with some buddies of mine. We have mainly been carp fishing but I really want to try bass fishing (looks awesome) but dont know of any good ponds to try. Anybody local to Reno have any suggestions for me? It would be very much appreciated. Thank you all in advance!

    Unless you really know somebody the general answer is NO!  Liability is the reason.

    I have a friend that is a groundskeeper at a golf course. He might have the same.
