i went to Windows 10 and i lost my Avatar Profile & all my pictures and it won't let me add them back it's keeps on saying there was a problem downloading my pictures over & over . I tried to get help all i was told add pictures to my gallery , good advice if it would add them. Any one else had this problem , i see a lot of Profile Avatar's are missing .Thanks for any help .  GodBless

    Just a thought, maybe the pics are too large, and when you went to Windows 10, it didn't keep the same file size you had,,,,
