Is it best to leave these baits in the ziplock bags they come in or is it ok to store the baits in plastic tackle boxes??? May seem dumb, just curious...

I put them in my boxes just because I dont like to sort through the 903284932 bags I would have...

I keep them in the bags they come in and have them sorted in to different Tupperware containers. They seem to last a lot longer in the bag.

couldn't have said it better myself! i used to keep them in their own bags and store them all in one of those soft plastic bag/binder things. i found that i almost never felt like looking around, so i would just use whatever was in my tackle box (all my favorites). and because of this i never used anything new! it's much easier to change baits quicker too.

For storage I keep them in the original bags.  I carry a few of each that I think I'll use that day in a plano box.  Replenish from the bags as needed.  

I usually just store them in their original bags. Although I fish from the bank so instead of carrying a bunch of planos in tackle bags my soft plastic bags fit nicely in all the pockets of my vest. Now if I fished more from a boat... I'd probably store them in planos.
