I am fishing a High school open tournament on March 11 on Buggs Island. Just trying to get an idea on what to fish, what to look for. Have heard about the water levels and the willow bushes, just trying to figure something out. Any tips will help.

I was there on Nov 2 and the water level was 2' above normal pool. The week before, it was 7 1/2' above normal pool. Two weeks prior it was below normal pool.

Way to early to speculate. It all depends on how much snow and rain prior to March 11.

Ask about it in early March.
