Stren 100% Flouro Flourescent

Featured Replies

Has anyone tried the newer Stren 100% Flourocarbon Flourescent line?  I am not referring to the Stren Flourocast line available at most Walmarts.  I am a "line watcher" and like to fish with flourescent line in general, and thought that this could be a possibility.  I would be using it for weightless plastics, jigs and Texas-rigs with 12, 15 & 17lb line.  Thanks.

i'm interested in this line also.  my eyes seem to get worse with each passing year

I have not. The only stuff I've used like that is the Pline CX Premium.  Had that nice glow to it in low light.

I've used it, it seems to still be pretty visible underwater in clear conditions. It is a strong line but sometimes doesn't hold it's knot strength very well after a couple fish. It also has a lot of memory. So it has pros and cons that pretty much cancel each other out.
