my wife has been buying swai fish from sams  club or wally w. puts it on tray shakes lemonpepper on it bakes, it on350 for about 25min or until flakes. really really good !! not fishy tasting like tilapia we love it.  it also comes individually paced in box so wont freezer burn.

    Never tried it. I told my doctor I would eat healthier but I've lied to him before. I'll check it out.

    DOCS. got to love them. they do care . but sometimes we have to enjoy our selfs  a little bit.;)

    Swai is a type of catfish that has decent fillets for its size.
