ZV-21 on the Lower DE river and other bodies.

Ok so need some feedback on this and thoughts pro and con. So I live in south Jersey and I'm looking to buy a boat. I want something I can take into the Delaware river around Philly and go for Striper in the Spring and Fall. I also want to be able to go after Bass in the Big D and also local rivers and lakes as well as some Musky fishing. As far as I see I am really getting focused on the ZV-21 Nitro as it seems to check a lot of the boxes for what I want to do also the 9.9hp kicker would allow me to take it into lakes like Union and a lot of others that are HP restricted. Also does anybody think it might be able to handle further south in the Delaware down to the salt line and maybe below it? Thanks are given in advance.
