    an old Johnson - why?  becuase its paid off and no matter what they say about fuel economy of the new motors, i can buy a lot of gas with $10k+ that I'd spend on the motor. But if i had my motor of choice for free, it would be an ETEC due to the lack of break in and maitenence.
