Honestly this probably sounds pretty weird, but I use a Abu Garcia Veritas (7' Medium) for all of those applications... Only problem is it doesnt have cork grips. I love this rod :P

Shimano exage 7'2" mh fast. $99 I just got one and am very happy with it they have all Fuji components and would be a great rod for what u have listed. It fishes Ild say more like a moderate fast fast kinda in between the two.... Now here is a question for you...why did u spend so much for one reel to put on one rod to do everything to me u would have been better suited to spread that money out and get maybe 2-3 rods to cover all these applications no one rod will excell for all the applications listed but many rods will do them all
