I am in search for a hinged hatch lid and well to place up on the front low deck

of my war eagle boat.How hard are they to install and i want it in black since

the boat is camo colored.I know i need to look inside the deck plate hole

to see depth but is there anything else to look for. :-/

Cabela's, Iboats, etc sell hatches with inserts. Not sure if you'll find something in black though.

There are a few on ebay right now, just search for Tempress. I've got a couple hatch lids going into mine and am very happy with their construction. There are "liners" available too. Just do the search and then compare prices at basspro, they sell tempress too. Aaron
