Helix 7 won't read lakemaster chip

My hummingbird helix 7 acts like i have no lakemaster chip inside it. Has anyone had this problem?

    If the card did work and has stopped you may also want to inspect the micro card for any damage to the card a hairline crack to the card could cause an issue.  You may also want to try cleaning the connections with rubbing alcohol and a q-tip if you find no physical damage to the card.
