Spawn in Colorado

Featured Replies

I know not all bass spawn at the same time but does anyone know when bass spawn on average in Colorado? I fish mainly medium size ponds in northern Colorado and can tell they are around beds but can't figure out if the are pre spawn, post spawn or spawning. I have not seen any eggs or fry but it seems like their leaving the beds I have seen. Anyone know from their own experience?

When I lived in Denver, metro area ponds had LMB spawning in April.  Wish I had more insight for the FOCO region but some of the fellas from FE should help. I would place money that they are in the post spawn where you are at. Throw a 3" white grub for me!Tight lines.

Told ya ;)
