Hello my fellow bass fishermen I am making my first trip to south florida  on june 30th thru july 2nd. Looking for suggestions on places I can fish from land. Thanks in advance!

South Florida is a big area. What area of South Florida will you be in?

In the Miami area

The Tamiami trail has bank fishing for miles and can yield a fish of a lifetime (with luck)

know of one 12lber by a bank fishermen there.

^^^ Tamiami Trail is an excellent place to go. It is a good place to bank fish the everglades. It does have miles of canal to fish with easy access.

 

I like going out there a lot because even though it isn't completely remote, it isn't urban either.

 

Just make sure you keep an eye out for gators and snakes. Keep your head on a swivel.
