I have been catching good sized (for Wallkill) Smallmouth bass on Roadrunner Jigs with various grub and short worm (4 inches or less) trailers no skirts on the roadrunners.  Various hook sizes (1/8th).

 

Today I caught one 15 inch fish see pic.  Also caught a bunch smaller ones.

 

Fishing seems better then last season.

 

All fish were released unharmed.
