I banged into somthing hard the other night. Everything seemed fine, but now I notice that the tiller extension on my MK 55 vector 3x is jammed. Fortunatley the moter works fine, but I cant extend or retract the handle. One of the studs is visible under one of the handle holes. but it is not "popped" up all the way, and I cant budge it,

Avid, you may try drilling a small hole into the stud. Then either tap it and screw in a bolt, or use an easy-out. This would give you something to grab it with. Squirt a little spray grease in there, and wigwle it about with the bolt, or easy-out, until it comes loose. Best I got.

thanks, but the motor is working fine, I can live with the tiller at the length it's at.

I'll get it fixed one of these days.  probably when I need to bring in the motor for something else.
