Im 16 i have alot of patience with fishing and still no fish im using frog bait but still nothing alot of splashing and waves near bait but it isnt working the creek has moss and is about 3 to 4 feet deep there are fish the biggsst i seen was about 4 pounds any tips for bait?

 

You haven't given enough information. Where is the creek? How much current is there? What kind of fish are in the creek? Are you fishing from the shore? Wading? Floating?
