Hey all. I'm new to the forums, and I was curious if you Orlando-area people could give me some tips on fishing spots around Altamonte Springs?

    I live on Cranes Roost Park, and I've read that there are some big bass along with some other species in the lake here.

    I don't know about Altamonte in particular, but in the greater Orlando area you could try the urban ponds. http://myfwc.com/conservation/freshwater/fish-orlando/urban-ponds/

     

    There are a bunch of lakes in the Altamonte, Winter Springs, Maitland area. I'm pretty sure all of them have some kind of bass fishery.
