So my nice fenwick elite tech bass MH 7' rod and my st croix triumph 6'6 medium broke the other day. 


Lets just say a certain female put them in the bed of the truck instead of the back of the truck.... maybe I should have been more specific? 

 

Anyways.

 

Replaced the triumph with a 7' Avid X medium fast.

 

Wondering what would be a good replacement for the fenwick. I want something i can throw swimbaits. Savage gear line thru trout usually. So up to like 1.5oz bait.

I have heard great things about the dobyns champion XP but they only come in 1 piece rod. Would really prefer a 2 piece rod. 

 

Any suggestions?
