I will be traveling to Kingston TN Sept 22nd for a kayak fishing championship tournament.  I am about 9 hours driving distance from this area and I don't have the option to prefish this area before then.  Competitors are allowed to fish a 50 mile radius of Kingston but must be public water.  I am just starting to scout this area out and looking for any help you can offer.  This is a 5 bass limit tournament length.  I'm looking for smallmouth or big largemouth.  Any help is much appreciated.

    50 mile radius gives you a lot choices. You might want to check out Watts Bar.
