I have a motorguied TR82 digital trolling motor that has a problem.  It either runs on high speed as soon as I plug it in or it doesn't run at all.

I have made sure the selector swith is not on constant or high bypasss. Even if you try adusting the speed it stays on high. I feel it is either the selector switch or the foot pedal swith. I really don't think it is the foot pedal Any suggestion.
