Chickahominy River

A friend and I hit the Chick River on Sunday, October 8th and did pretty good.

The weather was overcast and we got caught in a small shower.

Overall we caught about 15 and lost around 20. The bass were not aggressive and one jumped over the frog, missing it entirely.

Lots of short strikes and misses plus a bunch of plastics stolen by those green devils.

Very little traffic on the river as the weather kept the personal watercraft away and there was only one tournament out of Route 5.

All in all we had a frustrating but fun day.
