BTW, what is your definition of a bassboat?

Most Fish n ski's are set up to seat 4 people though they lack the deck room to comfortably fish that many.

If you're talking a regular bassboat and 2 of the 4 people are children, a few of the BB's out there have wide enough bench seats that 2 relatively fit adults and 2 kids could fit in them 4 across.

Most prices you see of Allisons' for 50k are for the boat...just the boat - no motor. Throw in between 10-20k for a motor on top of that.

I'd look into a fish and ski boat maybe if that fits your style. Only boats I know of with actual seating for 4 people - not 2 in seats and 2 on the floot.

If you can go with aluminum look at the weld-craft boats,they make 18-19 footeers

with base plates near the front deck for two extra seats then a removeable extention

that covers those pedestals.
