Hey all! Looking to get a new graph for the front of my new boat. Narrowed it down to the Lowrance Elite TI is the Hook2 Tripleshot. Is the only main difference in the two the touch screen and availability to hook the TI to a motorguide? Or is the transducer and sonar better overall on the TI vs the Tripleshot! Thank you

    The processor in the hook is less powerful with software upgrades over time it might not handle them that well/perform well.  I'm friends with some Lowrance guys and I was mentioning units I was looking at, going down a list and it went like this...

    "Hook 12..."

    "Don't get a Hook."

    "wh...."

    "Don't"

    "Bu..."

    "Trust me."

    "ok."
