Interior ponds at Land Between Lakes?

So I’m a hourish away from LBL and I don’t have a boat so I’m stuck at the shore. I was reading online that there are many interior ponds. I spent a little over an hour on google with no luck. I called the visitor center and they told me to go to their website but their website didn’t help because under the fishing fact sheet 2018 it doesn’t give me that actual locations to the interior ponds. If anyone knows any places besides golden pond please let me know.
